CHS - UKHO Memorandum of Understanding

The Canadian Hydrographic Service and the United Kingdom Hydrographic Office have signed a Memorandum of Understanding with regard to Cooperation in the Exchange of Paper and Digital Nautical Charts and Publications in Support of International Maritime Safety. This agreement is effective immediately.

Under the terms of this Memorandum of Understanding the two hydrographic offices will exchange information and cooperate in a variety of areas. The overarching principles of this agreement are that safety of international mariners will be well served, products will be clean and unambiguous and as up to date as possible.
